Role Description
This is a full-time job that requires physical presence at our company’s offices in Maroussi.
The procurement department is responsible for ensuring that the company will have access to the necessary materials, equipment and services for the smooth conduct of its construction activities. This includes the selection, procurement, storage and organization of necessary materials and resources so as to ensure the quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of construction projects.
The role in detail
- Timely processing of supply requests in accordance with company regulations and procedures
- Market research, comparison and evaluation of offers from suppliers
- Monitoring the progress of orders
- Participation in the process of drafting agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
- Presentation of procurement department results based on pre-defined targets and pre-defined indicators to technical manager and finance department manager
- Preparation of financial budget reports
Qualifications we are looking for
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in procurement
- Fluency in the use of the Greek and English languages
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of ERP programs

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in the use of the Greek and English languages, both orally and in writing
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and familiarity with specialized bid writing programs
